This summer I’m so excited to be working with Baltimore’s Chesapeake Shakespeare Company for the first time, working on (another first for me) A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM! I’ll be playing Bottom and also doing some drumming in this free outdoor production.
This is the first ever tour of Chesapeake Shakespeare’s new Shakespeare Beyond initiative, a program designed to bring live performances and arts experiences to communities around Baltimore (and eventually around the state of Maryland). I’ve enjoyed performing in productions like this in the past and really believe in the mission of “bringing the theatre to the people” so I’m very excited to get going.
As this is the pilot production for the program, we’re only touring to 4 locations this year: Patterson Park, Park Heights, Middle Branch Park, and Carroll Park (all in or around Baltimore), and only playing July 20-30, 2023.
